We ought not ever have been worried! Lehigh Rug service, it's incredible staff and the work that they do are simply astonishing. Couldn't be more satisfied with the results than if we'd had the entire 2nd floor carpet replaced again. As you can see from the before and after, the dye job was essentially perfect. The after photo included shows the carpet post dye only minutes after they'd finished. Once dried, the difference is only noticeable by us, because we know there was an accident there. Do You Charge More for Very Dirty Carpets? How Do You Price?
We do not separate our services into “basic cleaning” and “restoration” pricing tiers. We price fairly and consistently based on the square footage of the cleanable areas.
During your initial consultation, we look up the total square footage of your home and, based on the specific rooms you would like cleaned, provide a realistic price range for where the job should actually come out.
We don’t like surprises when people work in our own homes, and we believe you shouldn’t have to deal with them either. Our goal is for you to have a clear understanding of pricing before we ever schedule the job.
Even the extra’s such as Pet Odor Remediation and Carpet Protector spraying we will cover in your initial phone call.
As far as furniture moving goes we move light furniture and go around heavy furniture but since we only charge for cleanable area you are not charged for areas we do not clean!
What is the difference between your in-home area rug cleaning and your in-facility 6-step process?
Our in-facility 6-step process is more thorough and is often recommended for fine Oriental rugs, wool rugs, heavily soiled rugs, or rugs with pet contamination. At our temperature-controlled facility, we can fully dust, wash, rinse, and extract the rug in a controlled environment — and if necessary, perform a second cleaning for heavily impacted areas.
Because this is a more detailed, labor-intensive process, the cost is typically about twice that of standard in-home cleaning. During your consultation, we’ll carefully review your options so you can decide what makes the most sense for your rug and your budget.
For carpet stretching, how does a video call consultation work and is it as accurate as an in-person visit?
In most cases, yes — a video consultation is very accurate.
If you have an iPhone, we use FaceTime. For Android users, we offer a professional video option as well. During the call, you’ll show us the affected areas so we can see the ripples, seams, and furniture layout. This is crucial because it allows us to understand exactly what will be required to complete the job properly — so there are no surprises once we arrive.
Based on what we see, we can determine the proper repair method and usually provide a firm price along with clear preparation instructions.
