Pet odors and accidents are one of the most common reasons customers call us. Whether it’s a dog, a cat, or both, odors can work deep into rug fibers and padding and aren’t always something regular cleaning can fix.

While pet odors can be challenging—and in some cases can’t be completely eliminated—we use specialized treatments and proven products designed specifically for pet-related issues. Over the years, we’ve refined our approach to give rugs the best possible chance of improvement without damaging delicate fibers. During your initial consultation, I’ll ask a few questions and, based on your answers, give you an honest assessment of what remediation is realistic.

We do charge extra for deodorizing, but unlike some companies that rely on masking agents designed to temporarily hide odors, we use a proven four-enzyme treatment that targets and breaks down organic material, giving the best chance of a lasting result.

We don’t charge extra for basic pet stain removal, which includes pre-treatment, agitation (buffing or scrubbing), and steam cleaning. If a stain or odor remains after that process, we can discuss additional options, such as UV inspection or patching, which may involve an added cost.

Unlike traditional sanding—which can only be done a limited number of times—our process uses a specialized emulsifier to safely remove built-up dirt and residue before applying two coats of a water-based polyurethane, available in either gloss or satin. This provides protection similar to sanding, without the noise, dust, and disruption that sanding creates.

Carpet stretching is used to remove wrinkles, ripples, and loose areas in carpet, restoring a smooth, taut appearance. Over time, carpets can loosen due to foot traffic, changes in humidity, or installation issues, creating bumps that are both unsightly and potential tripping hazards.

Our professional power stretching uses either a mini or full power stretcher to properly re-tension the carpet and secure it back onto the tack strips. This improves the look of the room and helps prevent premature wear caused by loose or uneven areas. We guarantee our stretching work for one full year.

In many cases, humidity over time—not poor installation—is a primary reason carpets need to be re-stretched. When possible, we’ll ask if you’re open to a quick video call so we can see the bubbles and the furniture in the room. This helps us provide accurate, no-surprise pricing and allows us to guide you on how to best prepare for our visit.
